London, May 2012 - Love Productions' hugely popular 'The Great British Bake Off' has won the Features Award at the British Academy Television Awards. The series, which aired on BBC Two, saw ten passionate home bakers take part in a bake-off to test every aspect of their baking skills as they battled to be crowned best amateur baker. Prime Focus provided the grade, online and audio post on the six part series.

The second series of 'Sherlock' from Hartswood Films for BBC One was also a big winner on the night with writer Steven Moffat being honoured with the Special Award and Andrew Scott, who played arch-villain Jim Moriarty, picking up the Supporting Actor accolade. Prime Focus' dedicated drama team supplied full picture post production to the three-part series, along with 'Spooks', which was nominated for Drama Series.

Prime Focus would like to congratulate everyone at Love Productions and Hartswood Films, and everyone else involved with these great series on a fantastic achievement.
